My Connected Community is a team of Developmental Educators.
Our aim is to provide a genuine and personalised allied health service to children and adults.
We are a disability-specific service with a focus on
teaching skills which will support the independence and quality of life
for people living with a disability.
Our supports include working with caregivers and the community
​to increase knowledge, and develop genuine inclusive environments.

We do not believe in 'one size fits all'.
Our supports will be designed with you, for your goals.
We think the strength of Developmental Education is our capacity
​to be flexible and creative, and find the best way to support every individual.
